WE ARE LOCATED IN THE HISTORIC STUTZ COMPLEX. CRAZY FUN BUILDING SURROUNDED BY AWESOME FOOD LIKE CAFE PATACHOU, AMELIAS AND JULIETAS AND A BUNCH OF AMAZING ARTISTS. POP IN ON A FIRST FRIDAY EVENT AND EXPERIENCE WHAT THE STUTZ HAS TO OFFER!
THE STUTZ IS AN OLD CAR FACTORY THAT HAS BEEN CONVERTED INTO OFFICE / ARTIST STUDIO SPACE. THAT BEING SAID IT CAN BE A TRICKY BUILDING TO NAVIGATE IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN HERE BEFORE. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US AT ANY POINT IN TIME BEFORE YOUR RENTAL OR AS YOU ARE ARRIVING AND A TEAM MEMBER CAN HELP DIRECT YOU TO THE SPACE.

STUDIO 290
STUDIO A290 IS LOCATED ABOVE CAFE PATACHOU ON THE SOUTH EAST CORNER OF THE STUTZ BUILDING. THE BEST DOOR TO ENTER DEPENDS ON THE DAY AND TIME OF YOUR BOOKING, BUT IS GENERALLY BY GROUNDED PLANT SHOP.
Head inside and make the first Left a ways in. Walk towards the end of the hall, there is typically a car parked under an old sign, There are elevators across from the car. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Head down the hall out of the elevator and make the first Right. Walk through a 'breezeway/skywalk' when you come to the T turn Left. The studio is at the end of this hall at the windows, you will see a sign that says Chris Whonsetler next to the door, suite A290 (do not follow suite numbers, they are all out of order)

Video 1 will walk you to the elevators from Capitol Street using the ENTRANCE next to grounded plant shop.
Video 2 WALKS YOU FROM THE SECOND FLOOR ELEVATOR EXIT TO THE STUDIO. PLEASE NOTE THE BUILDING ART AND DECOR IS CONSTANTLY CHANGING, DON’T COUNT ON THE ART AS A VISUAL GUIDE AS IT WILL PROBABLY BE DIFFERENT WHEN YOU ARE HERE.
