What is the cost to rent a studio?

Pricing is $75 per hour and includes access to one profoto D1, additional gear, bts photo & video and ASSISTING can be added as necessary. Please book enough time to get setup before your client arrives and enough time to clean up after your project is done. Access before and after your booked time is not permitted as other renters may be coming into the space after you.

I ACCIDENTALLY broke something.. now what?

we have a you break it you buy it policy in place. Please only use the gear if you are comfortable and careful with it. We have videos on how to use the profoto lights and c stands, please refer to those and call if you have a question or concern before an accident happens.

CAN I GET ACCESS BEFORE MY RENTAL TO SETUP?

NO, ALL SETUP AND CLEAN UP TIME IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR HOURLY RENTAL. THERE MAY BE ANOTHER RENTER PLANNING TO USE THE SPACE RIGHT AFTER YOU, SO ACCESS BEFORE MIGHT NOT EVEN BE POSSIBLE. EXTENDING A RENTAL BEYOND YOUR ORIGINAL REQUEST MAY OR MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE. CALL OR TEXT IF MORE TIME IS NEEDED

WHAT IS BANNED FROM USE AT THE STUDIO?

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE STUDIO, and no vulgar & overly loud activity. Please respect our neighbors and surrounding businesses. THIS INCLUDES VAPING. GLITTER IS ALSO NOT ALLOWED due to the extreme difficulty cleaning up. Confetti is only allowed if you run the shop vac and get it all cleaned up.

CAN I BRING pets?

ABSOLUTELY! the complex is very pet friendly. please be sure to keep them under control and are cleaned up after. There may be someone coming in after your rental so if there is an accident it needs cleaned IMMEDIATELY and disposed of in the restrooms across the hall.

can I bring my own lights and backdrops?

100% yes! please use what you are most familiar with. LEARNING a new light in front of a client is not a great idea. If you do bring your own backdrop please bring a portable stand to use it with. Swapping the paper on the tiered system is a process that is staff only. renters have tried to change them in the past and have broken parts and gotten hurt. Please do not change the papers.
